Girls learn the importance of personal responsibility, the value of goal-setting, the spirit of teamwork, and the thrill of accomplishment. The skills, attitudes, behaviors and values that girls gain in Girl Scouting enable them to lead with courage, confidence, and character, and to make the world a better place. Your donation helps the Paris Girl Scouts sustain the Girl Scout program overseas and deliver new and innovative global opportunities to girls at all levels of participation.

About Us 

Founded in 1949, USA Girl Scouts Overseas Paris (USAGSO-PARIS) is entirely run by volunteers and has nearly 500 members in Paris and greater France. USAGSO-PARIS is a “Loi 1901” non-profit association providing the Girl Scout of the USA program to girls in kindergarten through 12th grade living in France who are American citizens, or whose parent is an American citizen, or a girl attending an American or international school.

Girl Scout experiences build self-confidence, hone creative decision-making skills, and strengthen teamwork.  We can watch our girls develop real-world leadership abilities that will last a lifetime.

There are many ways for people like us to Change a Girls Life. 

You may want to Volunteer, you can work directly with girls or you can provide indirect service to girls through your support of other volunteers who work directly with girls by donating your time as, for example, a board member, mentor, trainer, or event planner.

You can also give the Gift of Girl Scouting by making a monetary contribution and help make an immediate difference in the lives of girls. However you choose to give, your contribution will contribute to the continuation of the Girl Scout program in Paris.
