What do critics think of Fallout? ›

Fallout fully embraces the story and world of the video game franchise, though its immense worldbuilding might alienate newcomers. The willingness to break narrative predictability is admirable, but it kind of hurts the momentum, making the 8-episode season feel longer than it is.

While the violence isn't really graphic, it brings huge emotions of fear, depression, and anger. Expect screaming, some blood, loud gunshots, and more. There's also some potentially upsetting deaths that may be too much for kids - -and even some teens.

The Fallout is not based on a true story. However, the drama movie draws inspiration from real-life occurrences.

Strong and gory violence in every single episode with loads of blood. It isn't very realistic or disturbing (much like a Tarantino film) but can be too much for some people especially with the quantity of it and how blood splattered it is.

The Bad: Fallout 76 is filled with profanity, though the F-bomb is not dropped very often, thankfully. The violence is high, as there is a plethura of weapons and explosives to use.
